Can I buy products directly from your clinic?

Yes. You can buy products, online, over the phone or in person at our clinic. Only our Stimulating range is available for purchase without a consultation.

How long before I see results from your products?

The most common question we receive but will never be able to answer unfortunately. With so many variables including individual health, stress tolerance, diet, styling history and lifestyle, there is no accurate way to predict how long it will take to see results, but we can try a rough estimate on a case by case basis.

What is the best product for an itching scalp?

Our Anti-Inflammatory range is our go-to for itchy scalps, this includes the washing treatment of the  Soothing Scalp Exfoliator, Cade Oil Shampoo, Cetrimide Shampoo, Hypoallergenic Conditioner. On a day to day basis you can use the  Soothing Spray and Calming Cream to manage any itching, tenderness or irritation. A consultation is required before you can buy these products to ensure the scalp has been fully assessed and causative factors to the itching have been identified and eliminated.

This all helps to provide a clearer picture of what has been going on, why, and what steps need to be taken to improve your situation.

What is the best product for a flaky scalp?

Why do I need a password to buy certain products?

Our Anti-Inflammatory range is restricted for use and purchase until you have received a consultation. These products are medicated, have a specific function and may require guidance on how to use them to be most effective. 

If you are already a patient of ours and need a reminder of your password, please get in touch.

If a blood test is required to confirm diagnosis your Trichologist will advise you on what needs to be tested. Please note we do not perform blood tests at the clinic.

How long should I Ieave the products in my hair?

Our shampoos, hair masks and conditioners should always be rinsed out after use. Hair masks and conditioners can be left in the hair if you are steaming your hair and scalp, but should never need to be left in for longer than 1 hour.

Some of our products are designed to be left on the hair and scalp  and be reapplied regularly until your next wash day. These include the Soothing Spray, Calming Cream, Stimulating Mist, Stimulating Scalp Cream, Hair Detangler and Leave-In Hair Protector.

How often should I use Teresa Angelina Trichology products in my hair?

Our wash products are gentle enough to be used as regularly as you need without leaving the hair or scalp feeling dry. We recommend that all scalps be washed a minimum of once per week no matter what your hair type.

Our Leave-In products can be applied daily.

Can I purchase products over the telephone?

You are more than welcome to give us a call during opening hours if you would prefer to make an order over the phone. Please have your card details ready.

How much does it cost for delivery?

Delivery options are as follows:

Royal Mail, second class signed for – £4.10

Royal Mail, first class signed for – £4.70

Parcelforce, 48h – £9.76

Parcelforce, 24h – £10.44

International deliveries- Please contact the clinic directly for your order request and a quote for delivery. We use Parcelforce as our International courier.

How long will I wait for my products to be delivered to my address?

Generally Royal Mail deliveries should take no longer than 2-4 working days, however during busy periods such as Christmas we advise customers that this can extend up to 2 weeks. You will be sent an email with a tracking code when your delivery is dispatched.

Parcelforce deliveries are guaranteed within 24 or 48 hours depending on the option you choose. You will be sent a tracking email when your delivery is dispatched and this is when the delivery period begins.

International deliveries should expect to wait upto 2 weeks as delays are common when parcels move through border and customs.

Please note we do not process orders made when the clinic is closed. Orders made on a Saturday will only be processed and dispatched at the earliest on the following Tuesday.
