Please note that we do not offer refunds on returned hair products as some of these products are issued under prescription, and others are consumable products for medical issues, and we cannot guarantee that they have not been tampered with or diluted; therefore cannot resell.
In some cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, at our discretion.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ShHIPPING COSTS:
If you are returning a product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are exchanging a product, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the replacement item.
